Technology takes on a unique shape and roll in Primitia. Though technology in Primitia might be considered “futuristic”, its level of advancement, especially within certain sectors of the economy, is both hindered and supplemented by magic.
To be clearer: magic can affect more “advanced” technology due to the more sensitive nature of advanced machines (smaller transistors) to modulation within the Æther Field. (See conscious entity). Therefore, technology often takes on the aesthetic of retro-futurism. This also falls in-line with the magic system limited support for technomancy.
